5. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on VisionWatch.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment for products must be made in full at the time of purchase using the approved payment methods displayed on our website. Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received or confirmed. In case of any pricing errors, VisionWatch.pk reserves the right to cancel or modify affected orders, even after confirmation, and will notify customers accordingly.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment via email or SMS confirming that we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. VisionWatch.pk reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. If an order is canceled by us after payment, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method. Customers may also request cancellation of an order before it is shipped; however, once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Products purchased through VisionWatch.pk will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, and courier service. Estimated delivery within Pakistan is generally 3–5 business days. Any delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events are beyond our control, and VisionWatch.pk shall not be held liable for late deliveries. Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer. We recommend providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions under which returns are accepted. Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
