1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our trusted courier partners.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is within 5 business days anywhere in Pakistan.
In some cases — such as remote areas, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays — delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly mentioned on eligible products or order amounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can use that to track your parcel’s progress anytime.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

At Vision Watch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — but within the guidelines mentioned below.

Eligibility for Return

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • In its original packaging (including box, tags, and accessories)
    • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by us
  • Contact lenses that have been opened or used
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@visionwatch.pk within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach relevant photos (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is approved, our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If your return does not meet the eligibility conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your own cost.


4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@visionwatch.pk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
